GTSD is excited to announce Ms. Jenny Andres will be our new Media Specialist. She will be working with our students in both GES and SMS. She will be working with them in the library and the technology labs. We are very excited to see the energy she brings to our students.
I am thrilled to join the Greenwich Township School District as a Library Media Specialist! I have worked in school and college libraries for the last eleven years, and I have developed a teaching practice and approach to collection development that fosters a love of reading and prepares students for rigorous research in the 21st century.
I am excited to implement the comprehensive library curriculum at SMS, which includes media literacy and research, coding and game design, financial literacy and college and career exploration. I look forward to implementing a fun and engaging literacy and STEM library curriculum at GES. Most of all, I look forward to getting to know all of the students in the Greenwich Township School District community!
